MS. NEGAR KHODABANDI

Nursery Manager

Ever since I was a young girl, I have had a deep love for children and have always wanted to help in any way I could. I remember babysitting for my mum’s friends and family, which I loved doing.
At the age of 17, I decided that this would be my life path, so I went on to college and did my CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education. Since then, I have been working in the field of childcare and have gained lots of experience in this area.
After working for a few years in London, I decided to widen my horizon, and I moved to Dubai in 2014. Since then, I have gained valuable teaching experience and leadership roles in nurseries and schools across Dubai. To enhance my knowledge and education, I completed my CACHE Level 5 in Dubai in 2020.
Working in Dubai and at Best Kidz Nursery, is an environment where we provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that will help each child reach their fullest potential. I strive to create a positive atmosphere where children can grow and explore while learning essential life skills such as problem-solving, communication, empathy, and collaboration that every child deserves an opportunity to be loved, nurtured, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

MS.ALLESIA

Teacher

My name is Miss Allesia, and I am from South Africa. I studied my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Hospitality management in South Africa. I came back to the UAE and found my passion and love for teaching children while I was working as an Au pair. My career with teaching started in 2019 when I was blessed to be accepted to start teaching in a nursery alongside completing my early years Cache Level 2 and 3 teaching courses. I am completing my Early Years Cache Level 3 and plan to further my studies in Early Years Education in the near future.It is my pleasure to be your teacher soon! I hope we have lots of fun and create great memories together. Let’s explore the world around us together in an educational manner. Be ready to let loose, dance, sing, create, and most of all have lots of fun learning and growing! Together, we will ignite the flame to our curiosity, and I’ll help you become the new leaders of the future. I hope we can build on your knowledge and experience of the world around us. We will work together to help develop in all aspects, including emotional, physical, and cognitive. This year we are going to help build self-independence and hygiene skills, language and listening skills, and help to build and create the foundational skills that the children will use in the future and for life long learning.

MS. JEAN

Nurse and Health and Safety Officer

Hi, my name is Ms. Jean, your Nurse and Health and Safety Officer. I am here to ensure all our children and staff stay healthy and safe.

I was born and raised in the Philippines where I finished my bachelor of Science in Nursing and passed the licensure exam as a Nurse. I have been practicing my profession for more than 5 years and spent my last 3 years as a senior Pediatric Nurse. I have also been awarded numerous certificates for participating in nursing training. I moved to Dubai last year after I passed my DHA exam and was given an opportunity to work with Best Kidz Nursery.

I have enjoyed and learned that dealing with children is really fun and fulfilling. I am very happy and excited to work with young children and be part of their developmental milestones!

MS. MICHELLE

Lead teacher

Hi! My name is Ms. Michelle, and I am the Lead teacher of Cloudberries class for the 2-4 years age group. I am so excited for this nursery academic year!

I have been teaching for over 8 years now and absolutely love my job! I completed my bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Education in the Philippines and was a life-long resident in Singapore. I handled various age groups with mixed nationalities, where I had the chance to explore and understand diverse cultures to be more effective in my profession.

I am happy and excited to be a part of Best Kidz Nursery family. It will be filled with fun, lots of learning and new adventures!

MS. TERESA

Assistant Teacher

Hi my name is Ms. Teresa and I am the Assistant Teacher for the 2-4 year’s age group. I love nature, music and arts!

I was in born in Manila, Philippines where I completed my bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. I have been in the UAE for more than 4 years. In 2017 I started working with children in a private school, and from then on, I found myself falling in love with the children and discovering my passion in arts. I am also a proud mum of two great kids; my girl who is 15 years old and my boy of 9 years. They inspire me a lot to be the best version of myself.

I am completing my CACHE level 2 Certificate in Caring for Children and Young People, which gave me a broad knowledge in childcare, including safeguarding and child development. I look forward to a year filled with fun learning!

MS. JENNY

Assistant Teacher

Hi, I am Ms. Jenny, Assistant teacher in the Blueberries class for the 0-2 years age group.

I have over 6 years’ experience working as an Assistant Teacher in the UAE and have completed my CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Caring for Children and Young People.

I love working with children and I am excited to work in the toddler’s group, taking good care of them and being a part of their growth and development.
